How the Game is Designed

Online keno is a basic game, and consequently, there are no extreme design elements for the on-screen layout. All the necessary components are there, allowing players to choose their numbers, the bet level to play, and how they want the game to run.

The look and feel of the game made us really feel like we were playing a print and complete game of keno while at the sports bar. While it doesn’t look great on the eyes, it does feel authentic.

Design-wise, most of the game is green with wooden tones. Each of the balls is yellow, and they bounce in from the top of the screen. We did like that it was possible to choose numbers randomly too, in total, there are 80 numbers to play.

Online Keno Game Sounds and Music

As with most other table games on offer, keno only has basic sounds available, which can be turned on and off at your pleasure. 

Each time you click your chosen action a quick warble sounds, then the sound of the dropping of each ball can be heard once you have clicked on your play selection. 

Each time your selections win, you’ll hear a beep, plus those more significant wins higher than your bet will feature a pop-up to congratulate you with a background sound full of spinning coins!

Although the sound effects are basic, we were just happy that they weren’t over the top.

Special Features

There aren’t many wild features to send you off, shouting into the hills over. Instead, this variant of online keno sticks to the core game, with minor touches that make the playability very easy.

All features are centered around making the player experience as simple and easy as possible. Players can make multiple bets on each draw, and any simultaneous wins are added to the running balance. The main aspect of this keno variant though is the use of their autoplay and the turbo mode functions – which are perfect for setting the game and letting your wins tick over!
